I have been useing Varget for 55gr. and H-335 for 40gr. all my Bolt Guns and getting 1/2" groups. However with my new AR 1:8 twist I would like to experiment alittle.
Considering these Powders:
TAC
Exterminator
Benchmark

Anyone have any Pet Loads with any of these.
Also would like to try some 60gr. Pills

H-335 is fine for 50gr to 65gr, though I think TAC is a bit less sensitive.

I use H335.  I know people like H332 as well.

H-335 meters quite well. I use it for 55 grainers all of the time. H322 works great also but It is too much hassle for me.

I like benchmark for bulk reloading because it measures so well.  My favorite load is 24.8 gr with a hornady 55 gr SP.  (This load is .3 over max listed for hornady, so work up to it if you try it in your gun)

For accurate stuff, I prefer varget and IMR 3031.

I use TAC almost exclusively.

25.5 Gr TAC under 70 Gr Barnes TSX w/ LC09 case and CCI 41

24.5 or 25.5 gr TAC under Hornady FMJ-BT w/ Any case and CCI 41

I use TAC and 2230, with the light bullets your shooting I would stay away from TAC and go with 2230

Try Ramshot's Xterminator powder with 55 gr bullets. I get more velocity out of 16' and 20" barrels with it than with Tac.  I also use it with 50 gr Hornady SPSX in my 26" bolt and it gives the best accuracy of any powder I have tried.  As a point of reference I have used 748, BL-C2, H335, Varget, RL-15, and 2230 (far and away the dirtiest powder I have ever used in a 223) in ARs and my bolt. Unless I go heavier than 55, I will only use Xterminator.

I have only used TAC with 55gr FMJBT and it was fine but I have the opportunity to get a quantity of 748 for a good price so I am going to give it a shot.  I have hear good things about 748.

25.6gr Benchmark under a 55 Nosler BT gets me real great accuracy in a number of rifles.  I'm about to throw an 8lb jug in with my primer order from PV...

Same here. 2230 for bulk reloading 55gr, and TAC for all else. I find both are near identical in accuracy, for me at least. I also use the TAC for .308 150 gr Hornady FMJ's.

I use Varget for my 70grn TSX deer loads.  Seems to work very well.  I believe it is 24.0 grains we have been using.

24.5 grains of 2230 for 55's bulk, consistent metering, and very low muzzle flash.

For now I'm using H335, TAC and WC844.

But I need to order some of this to try out in some 75 grn Hornady T1 and 77 grn SMK loads.

Tac is great for 55gr and up.  2230 rocks for 55gr and under.

I use Tac, H335, H322 and Varget. Varget great for heavy bullets but pain to meter, H335 good on 55 like mentioned. The H322 is great on Sierra 52gr SMK (1:8) and the TAC is awesome in anything really.
I think TAC smells good when it burns too...but i might be brain damaged by now.
Hornady 55gr FMJ TAC 25.6(it was worked up to that)
Sierra 52gr BTHP Match H322 23.4 (worked up from 22.8)
Same Sierra 52 but with 26gr TAC( seems like i started at about 24.5)
Nosler Ballistic Tip Spizer 55gr TAC 25.6..(worked up).
My favorites

I'm a Varget fan. Works for numerous calibers. Very good powder, just hard to dispense.

Main two loads I tried were with Hornady 55SP on top of TAC and H-335
I think it is liking the H-335
Still need to do some more testing, but things are looking better. I shot alot more groups and with other loads, but these were the best perfomers.
I did notice that it shoots better when clean, after about 12-20 rounds things start to open up, I wonder if hand lapping the barrel would help.

First group was 24.5 and the second was 24.8

And the TAC load:
First group was great, that is 4 shots,  but the second group opened up. I also tried 25.0 of TAC but that wa sno good. I will test more with 25.5 and bump it up alittle.
I like that TAC, burns really clean, H-335 is not bad but TAC is alittle cleaner burning.
I did notice that the TAC recoils much softer as well
