You need to resize before you trim as they will usually "grow" during resize.

Trim after resizing.
Tumbling after resizing removes the lube, and it's an optional step. Lube left on cases while trimming causes the brass shavings to stick to the trimmer, making an avoidable mess. So that sequence is tumble, size, tumble, trim, and deburr.
