Have been asked for pictures of various rounds and had these in album.

The round on far right is short truncated swc. Height is set for 1911. If loading for say... Sig 220 you'd need to run it a hair deeper than 1.20

Above rounds are what I call " tuned " ammunition. You can't buy ammunition tuned for your gun but you can make it.

I was going to edit the title. Couldn't believe I mispelled such a simple four letter word, then caught line above. Roger that on keeping the work place safe.

1911smith,
If you haven't already this would be handy in the useful thread that's tacked. It would answer a lot of guys weekly questions about SWC seating depth. Thanks for the pics.

Cray6031,

Have several tech pieces to do, including one on Load Master tuning. I will do an ammunition thread to tack. Actually did several about 6 months back using references from other sights. Not using references any more. Just call it a difference in personalities between users from those web sites. One thread just magically disappeared. Poof ! In spare time I've been adding pictures and doing a lot of reading, thinking and reloading. When put together I'll post for gateway in reloading forum and it will reflect my experiences with feeding and reloading 45acp ammunition. Will have way more detail than the old thread that got trashed  poofed in another forum. It's also going to include some terms not used in terms of ammunition. For example: The difference between high and low bore axis ammunition. There is a difference and being a pistol reloader you should know what that difference is.

What you need to do is find some old Speer 'Flying Ashtray' bullets to finish out your collection.

Hey, your right Steve ! Those would round out photo spread nicely, especially given context those pictures were done for. (1911 Forum Humor) If your pistol could feed " flying ash trays " it was good to go. Thanks for that picture. If you don't mind I could use it for file picture.
