Hey Guys -

I ordered a RCBS Rockchucker Supreme kit and reloading components back in October and have just received the last part of the components. I haven't set up the kit yet as there was really not a point since I didn't have any of the components. Now that I do, I'd like to start setting up a bench and the kit. My local Home Depot has this bench in stock and I was wondering if you guys with more expierence than myself could chime in on if this would work well for reloading.

Home Depot Bench

Thanks in advance for your help!

You'll have to drill through the top to mount your press, can't tell from the picture if that will be easy or difficult as I cannot see underneath.
Go look and see if they have one setup in the store.

One thing you need to consider with a bench is the ability to mount.  Your example should be plenty big enough for a starter reloading set, however you need to look at how you're going to mount your press/trimmer/powder throw.

If you're planning on bolting them directly to the steel, more power to you.  Just something to contemplate, I know Lowes have similar set ups with MDF tops, could be a good alternative...or just build one yourself if you have the tools .  Just plan out what you want to do before you pull the trigger.

Go to a Sams club and get one of these benches far superior and the same price, get some peg board to mount stuff on the back and anchor everything to the wall with toggle bolts or screws (4 each).

For your press and other things mount them to a board 2x6 or similar and some clamps and attach them to your bench so you can move them out of the way when not in use.
