Several questions here about bullets.

First what would people say is the absolute minimum you need to cast your own. not including the lead that is.
Also how many calibers require you use gas checks?

For buying bulk bullets for 308 and 223. does anyone have a better idea than wideners? most everyplace else seems to be high priced.

Oh and last but not least, anyone know if Lock, Stock and barrel is still in business? went to their website and it says they are closed. what gives?

Pot to smelt lead into ingots. Old large spoon to skim off dross. Ingot mold.

Melting pot, get the bottom pour. Bullet mold. Leather gloves, eye protection. Method to size and lube bullets.

Lee makes good casting gear.

Hi Tech,  and Pat's At present you always have to hunt to find what you need. Don't forget the Links at the top of the page.
