Not sure what the order codes do for you when their prices are 10-20% higher than another suppier.
I had a few item in my cart waiting for an item to come in stock an I got and email asking if I needed help ordering. Are they watching carts???? In the mean time I found the items in stock and at a lower price from Midsouth....ordered. I relayed that info to Midway as a reply without the competitors name and they were going to pass the info to the merchandising dept. Is it just me or has anybody else found this to also be the case? Ii's a REAL shame since Midway's customer is top-notch. |
