For those of you with the Dillion swage machine, I just set mine up and I'm looking for a way to test to see if I'm swaging enough? Whats the best way? Try to seat a primer?

Yes, that's the intended goal right? Just be sure to have it set up for each brand of brass until you get used to the feel.

Well I read the instructions and they said that if you swage to much the primer will be loose but not enough and you destroy the primer. Just trying to get my ducks in a row.

Trial and error... 'Might sacrifice a few cases getting it right, but once set up you're GTG.

You will lose a few cases in the learning process. I hate changing from small to large and back again cause I have to reset everything all over. I'm thinking about getting a second one.
