Is this stuff worth reloading? I know its not XX, but I could fill the bed of my fullsize easily with all the hulls laying around at the local range.

I have limited knowledge about them but from what I understand they have a paper base wad that comes loose and causes problems, those that load them check the paper piece and then only load them once and pitch them?

Not familiar with Winchester Universal, how does it differ from the XX?
I know the cheapie "promo" XX loads won't crimp worth a crap, and I've taken to discarding them.
