| Don't know how you guys are set, but I just bought some Fiocchi small rifle primers and even some small pistol primers from MidwayUSA. Never tried this brand before but I have shot their ammo before and that was fine. They also come in sleves of 1500 not 1000, did the math and it still works out to a decent price $32/1000. Good luck |

They showed two types, standard and enviro-friendly (lead free) primers as available, but it would only let me add the lead-free to my cart, so I ordered a box to try. Thanks for the lead! Use those up fairly quickly, the lead-free ones will become unreliable after a few years Your gonna pay a hazmat fee for one box of primers ?

It's been around, something about the different mixing compound will break down, I've heard in as little as 5 years to around 15. If the price is good I'd still buy some. Just make sure to date the box and use them up in a reasonable amount of time. |

It is interesting, that a few years ago we were hearing conversations about limited shelf life on primers, FROM THE TREE HUGGER COMMUNITY!!!!––-WELL GUESS WHAT'S COMING!!!! |

Besides, hadn't seen any reviews on them and if they aren't worth a damn, I didn't want to be left with 4500 of them.
