| Both are good and will work well in this tumbler. I prefer corn cob w/o any polishing compound. If you knock the primers out of the case as soon as you return from shooting and place them directly into the tumbler the cases will clean up better and quicker than if you let them sit for days/weeks/decades and try to do it later. I avoid walnut that has the red rouge additive, it tends to pack in bottle necked cases and it's almost impossible to completely remove the rouge from the case. Barrels have been ruined by shooting rouge through them. Plain walnut is more agressive than corn cob and won't hurt a thing. |
