I am reloading 70 spbt
The information I have found lists OACL of 2.200
If I use this the round will not chamber.
The bullet contacts the rifllings
Is 2.170 an acceptable overall length.
That is the length I have to use to get the round to chamber.

Are you talking about the Speer 70 gr?
With it, you will have to seat it in much deeper than most because of the short ogive.
