Don't buy kits.

Both presses are the same, The 50th anniversary kit  has the all the accesories, but you will still need a case tumbler and other stuff, I have heard the scale is a PITA to use but it is a good starter kit to learn on

The only difference between the kits is your decision as to whether or not to prime on the press..or off the press.

The more expensive of the two kits has a hand primer and set of special shellholders made for the hand-primer.

The kit that costs less has a set of large and small primer dispensers that attach directly to the press itself.

Both kits contain the same

Press
Scale
Powder dispenser
case trimming tools (which are obviously very basic)

The Lee Breech lock system allows you to quick-change dies without having to readjust them every time  you change them out. They twist-lock in.

This thread helped me immensely.  I went mainly with the suggestions from Percula about half way down the first page.
