Are sabots accurate? for a .308?

What's your definition of accurate? Since the bullet does not come in contact with the rifling, and the bullet weight is not matched to the rifling twist, I wouldn't expect great accuracy.

Depends.  Generally, they aren't.  Induces one more variable, that being seperation.

I shot some years ago in a 30-06, they shot about 1 moa at over 4000 fps. They used 70 gr or over .224 bulets. Some low end bullets came apart before 100 yards, I would use something like a Hornady A-MAX bullet. I might get some for my 7.62x39 rounds. That's IMHO.

So they came apart because of the high speed? I knew sabots are faster. I just dont know how accurate they are.

Quick answer...no
Remington quit making them because they weren't worth the effort. They are fast but don't get your hopes up on MOA.
Sabot info

And no firing them in a rifle with a muzzle brake or flash suppressor...they might "bloom" in it.
