I think they are closed on Fridays? And, you can email them to get parts.

You going to make me have to go find the instructions out of 1 of my die sets now... I just shredded a RCBS receipt last night from a free part they sent me.

My buddy had the same problem a week or two ago (phone was always busy).... the solution was to go to their website and email them... I got a response the next day.
