Im sure this is not the first time you have heard this post. So I will try not to take up to much of any ones time but I would like to get started reloading and I would really appreciate if anyone could give some insight into a good and starter kit. I have done some homework on the matter and have read through some of the tutorials on this site and others. I am thinking of going with a single stage because of the immense cost difference and I heard its easier for beginners. However if anyone knows of a good progressive starter kit that will make a couple hundred rounds go by much quicker I would be interested in hearing about that as well. I mainly am looking to use this to make 45acp and 9x19 rounds and I would also appreciate powder, primer and bullet recommendations. I would also like to add that I am looking to do this as good as possible for as cheap as possible as I am currently a student and the main reason I am looking into this is to same money. I am currently shooting about 200-400 rounds a week of 45 ACP.
Thanks for your help Briklynd |

| After you have done your reading get a Lee turret press. They make 2 models and I have the older one. I can use mine as a progressive with auto indexing or manual. I can also load anything from .25 to 30-06. I have also gotten a head for each caliber so all I have to do is switch out the entire top when I change calibers. I also got the powder through expanding die and the micro adjustable charge bar for when I do handgun loads. |
