Anyone know if the brass from these russian surplus 7.62x54R can be reloaded?  The brass is very coppery colored.  The description says that it's steel cased but it doesn't look anything like Wolf or anything.    http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/AMM653-5.html
Any tricks or advice on reloading?  Stay away and buy some decent brass? :-)

Oh yeah I cut a case apart to look for the 2 flash holes and the anvil of the Berdan and it is that type.  Screw that :-)  I'll buy some decent brass or just keep using this stuff and scrubbing corrosion out of the barrel.

Thanks for the response.

All you really had to do was shine a flashlight down into the case and count flasholes.

No sawing needed.
