I usually list it as AA-#7 when I reference it to loads or powder useage.
Good powder for 9x19 when you want to "gas" them up, especially with subgun length barrel.

I use it for .40 Cal bullets. I like it a lot, but just leaves some little specks in the barrel, maybe burnt or unburnt powder? Is that normal?

Unburned powder is normal. More so with certain powders.
Not a big deal, if a load is accurate, who cases about unburned powder.
