So I just loaded my first few cases of 6.8SPC, only to find that somehow I screwed up and they are a little shorter then the suggested COAL - most are 2.24" or SLIGHTLY longer.  My shortie load's are

110g VMAX CCI#400 24.4g H322
110g VMAX CCI#400 24.8g H322
110g VMAX CCI#400 25g H322

Can someone tell me if these are safe to shoot in my weapon (10.5" 1:10 SSA II barrel)?

No offense but I would not rely on answers from the internet when it comes to my personal safety.
However, that being said you are still quite a bit under the published max for that load, but you create additonal pressure with your shorter coal.

You should ask this question at the 6.8 Forums.  They have a reloading area.

I edited out the unnecessary portion of this post.  AeroE
