Can i just size and tumble and reload 5.56 brass.. if i am still with in specs of the brass like 1.750-1.753?

tumble and reload? You need to resize them since the neck wont even hold a bullet after firing. If you have already sized them THEN measured them and you are under the max length of 1.76 then you are good to go.

That's the basic process, so yes. You may need to remove primer crimps, too.
