What can be done to make my powder drops for my 550B work more consistently with IMR 4895 ? also how much should my OAL vary, I have been getting .005-.009"

I doubt you will ever get the Dillon powder measure to throw 4895 well. Switch to a ball powder like TAC or 2520.

OAL variations are usually a result of the bullet ogive being inconsistent.

After I polished the inside of my Dillon powder measure, it did much better with Varget.

IMR-4895 and Varget are shaped similar.

Would Reloader 15 meter any better and if so how does it compare to IMR 4895 ?
