I installed the push pin set on my GSG5-PK to make it easier to tear down.  I noticed that the lower (or trigger housing, or whatever you want to call it) is slightly loose.  I don't think it's any tighter with the factory pin/screws installed either.  Is the gun designed to just have that part wiggle a little bit or does mine need some type of service work done to it?

My 5pk has close to zero wiggle in the lower receiver, it is quite snug to the upper. It is close to new though. I have heard of others having the same complaint, not sure if it's something on the manufacturers end(inconsistent tolerances) or what

I figured out what was wrong.  The lower slides into the upper on a dovetail.  My dovetail rail has about 5 thousands of an inch play on the rear end of it.  That means it wiggles no matter how tight you make your screws or pushpins.  The way (for me) to fix it was to add two very small thin shims to the space between the dovetail rails of the upper/lower meeting point at the back side of the pistol.
