I have left some of my GSG mags loaded for a few months before and have not noticed any problems with them. The factory mags seem to be pretty well built I would imagine they will be OK to leave loaded.

You can leave them loaded without concern. I only load 20 rounds into mine though, as it puts less stress on them.

Hi,

We've dealt with some folks who have left them loaded for extended periods of time and have found that it weakens the spring.  Additional springs are always available through our service center, but a weak spring from leaving it loaded is obviously not a warranty thing.  Additional springs are $3 each plus S&H.

You can get these by calling 800-290-0065 and getting our customer service guys, or through [email protected] or [email protected].

Please remember, we cannot authorize any parts sales or warranty work through this site for liability reasons, so please go through the above mentioned contact points.

Thanks!
