Anyone else have any luck with them? I have a broke HG off a brand new rifle, and 4 calls and 4 VM's......still no call back. Lots of people answer the phone and are happy to transfer me to Customer Service even after I press "2" at the voice prompt for Customer Service. I knew I should have bought 2 Henry's instead of this thing.....

| You jut got to give them a moment to get you fixed up they will take care of you. Did you go through the industry page and e-mail the contacts for ATI through this site may work better. I have always had great service for warranty parts from them yours will be no different. Good luck and keep us up to date with your progress. |

Actually, the drum mag situation is past, it was only 1500 pieces and we have gotten almost all of them back. General volume is way up though. We ran a phone and email report because we're hearing a lot of negative about getting through, and even though we now have 3 CSRs down there, our call and email volume for 2011 has already past what it was for 2 combined quarters last year. Keep at it and you will get through. I am totally removed from CSR stuff all together so I have no access to the systems they use.

| CHRIS .... I STILL HAVE NOT RECEVED MY DRUM MAG !! I sent my magazine back on March 7th. USPS confirmed delivery on March 9th at 12:56 pm. On March 18th I called Customer Service and they said call back in a week if I didn't get it. Called back in a week ....now they couldn't find my name on the list and said that they would check and call me back! THEY NEVER DID CALL BACK ! I called ATI a few days ago ...now they said that ATI was out of drum magazines and will get more .... call back in 2 weeks !!!! |
