Wow! This is a really nice rifle. I ended up getting a GSG-522 from a new range & fun store that had opened up near work. They had their official grand opening yesterday. They've been open 3 weeks now and every Saturday for the past 3 weeks I've been going after work to use the range. My point being, they just got in 2 GSG-5's. While I was at the grand opening yesterday, I found the GSG-5 on the rack calling to me. I asked to see it, looked it over and said, I'll take it.
I ordered 3 mags earlier today and a Maxpedition MP-5 Double Stack 4 mag pouch for them. (I'm a Maxpedition fanatic, but that's another story.) In the next couple of weeks I plan to order the retractable stock. I'm not sure how many rounds I put through the rifle last night as I was digging into a Federal Value pack, but I probably went through close to half the box. I'm really impressed with this. My 10/22, as fun as it is, does not match this rifle
