I apologize in advance for not having an exploded diagram in front of me and not knowing the proper terminology...

The bolt, the part that slides back and forth with recoil, it has a screw in the top that screws straight down.  I cannot keep this sucker tight.  I have the Rrages screw upgrade, degreased everything when installing, and have applied Lock-Tite several times to no avail.  What's going on here?  Thanks.

If i am reading correctly,  and it's the screw i am thinking you are talking about.  Bolt carrier stopper?  Did you lose the lock washer?  I have all sorts of screw problems with mine (with screws loosening)  but all I have been able to do is clean like mad and use more locktite.  As for the carrier stopper screw i have never had that one loosen on me.  Make sure you have a lock washer on it (kinda star shaped serrated washer).
