What aimpoint clone/ mount do you have on your GSG-5? Just bought my SD and I wanted to see which fakepoint has the best reviews. I was really leaning towards the primary arms compm3 clone but its out of stock. If you can please post where you got it and how it's holding up.

Make sure you do some research before you buy an Aimpoint clone. I had one that I got in a package deal of GSG stuff on the EE. It was a POS. There were little annoyances at first, like the dot flashing off between brightness settings, sometimes the dot not working at all, usually remedied by just rotating the switch a bit. Then it took a complete dump when an internal lens broke loose. I tried to fix it, but it wasn't meant to be fixed.
I salvaged all the parts from it I could, sold them on the EE, and then shot it once and posted it as a joke in GD, titling the thread something like "So you think you had a bad day at the range...", with no description of what happened, just the pic. Naturally the point was to play it off as if someone shot my Aimpoint. I got a lot of wild replies until someone who realized it was a clonepoint said, "Eh, it's just a clonepoint. Good shoot.".
