i have a BARSAKA. it is exactly like this sight, down to every detail.
over all i was pleased with it, but after a while the hex head screws started to come loose and it lost its zero. not to mention you have to re-zero it when you change the reticle selector
i guess you get what you pay for

I bought that exact package from CombatOptical back in November...ordered on a Friday evening and it was on my doorstep Tuesday afternoon...my stock that I ordered from them had similar shipping time...they are A+ in my book!

Scope: Bushnell Trophy Red Dot

Mount: Combat Optics GSG-5 Claw Mount

I'm quite pleased with this setup on my GSG-5 for $75.00.

I have made several purchases from Combat Optical. I noticed they are cheaper on their Amazon site but everything had been shipped quick and quality is good for the price paid. Im really impressed with their side folding stock for the GSG5. It has a metal bracket to lock into the receiver instead of the cheap plastic GSG stuff.

I have a similar/clone (aren't they all). They work, but a pain to zero and lock the zero. Not worth the money and hassle.

A Dr. Optic clone is much better if you like that type of optic. I went with the Bushnell Trophy sight mentioned above (mine is the 2 color 4 reticle version)

I just purchased a Trijicon red dot in a 4 moahttp://www.opticsplanet.net/trijicon-red-dot-sight-8-moa-ms03.html

Bought the red dot, it's mount and mount for GSG for $335 to my door. More than I wanted to spend for an optic on the GSG, but what the hell...

That style looks like something you would put on a $69 dollar bb gun from Wal Mart

Get one of these:

Here is the mount, it looks just like the h&k mount on real MP5's

I have one of those on my AR15.  It is cheap, but serves its purpose.  If I had unlimited funds I would buy something better.  If it can hold up to the recoil of the AR, it should work just fine for the GSG.  In fact, I might buy one for my GSG too.

Rather amusing you poo-poo an optic for sale on a website that sells firearms accessories and instead point to a red dot on a toy website.

But its a good optic for the price, the only real issue is you have to chase the dot...it wont stay on target unless you keep your eye on the same spot on the screen and maintain a consistent cheek weld...

Why not GSG’s are are like 75% airsoft , look at a majority of the post folks installing airsoft stocks, handgaurds etc. when real h&k parts so readily available. My "toy" sight works great and looks better then the bb gun red dot which buy the way is the same price as my fake point.

I've pointed out the same thing in other threads...I'd rather trust my eyes using an optic designed for a .22 rather than an optic used on an airgun.
