I have heard tips on how to cut the foam, how did you do it?

Someone told me to use an electric turkey carving knife. Seems a little too rough and un-precise to me.

I'd rather use an X-acto knife I think.

Look in the build it yourself section there is a very good write-up of how to cut the foam.
