If you ever get a small scratch on your GSG-5, you can fill it in with sharpie. It is very close to the black finish they put on the guns, and good for covering small mistakes. Nobody has noticed it on mine yet where i had a scratch from a scope mount.

Not a scratch but a good chunk of finish is gone from my GSG on the back wall of the ejection port...Its been maybe 300 rounds...

Mine has done the same near the ejection port, used a sharpie for that and the little chips near the cocking handle.  Abouth 3-400 round as well.  Sharpie is not perfect but works well enough.
