I just received my replacement breech block assembly via Airmail from Germany this morning just as promised. My thanks go out to Mr. Swoboda and the team at German Sport Guns. Communication was excellent and my package arrived within the quoted time period. I'll definitely be buying more guns made by GSG when new models hit the shores. Just wanted to share a positive experience with you all. If something goes wrong with your gun, they WILL take care of you. |
+1... GSG took better care of me AND respnded politly, AND FAST FAST FAST... SGC..a USA company you would expect to take care of you treated me like shit...they said they would get me the screw that never came with the rifle, BUT they blew me off 2 times and just never did it... |

There were some stripped screw holes in the breech block and I was running into all sorts of malfunctions with it. This was the address I used to contact them: [email protected] I just got back from the range where the gun went through 550rds of fed bulk pack without a hiccup. I couldnt get through a single mag without several malfunctions before. I am finally happy. Reading all of your flawless range reports was seriously bumming me out. Now that its finally running.....I just placed my order for a CA ump stock and a mount for my spare aimpoint :) I didnt want to drop any $$ on accessories until I was sure the gun was going to work. |
