I've put about 1500 rounds thru my gsg, and it is hitting about 6 inches high. I've only been able to shoot it at about 25 yards, but still, I wouldnt think there would be that much of a difference at 50 or 100.

am I the only one? or is that what happens when you put an airsoft rear/front site combo on a real gun with greater than 300fps muzzle velocity?

ETA:
I had an old g3 parts kit kicking around and the rear site does fit, although I needed to crank the elevation all the way down to get it to hit point of aim.

I think you could gloe or weld on a little BB or extention...

i looked at mine to try to see if you could raise it in anyway at all, it looks like the post is seperate from the outer part so you would think you could but i couldent figure it out, i got lucky and mine is right on....
