I have been looking at the SOB puncher as a non-metal knife option for places with metal detectors (such as our State Fair). It is made of G10, the kydex sheath only has 2 screws, and the leather sheath has none.
Thinking of getting the kydex, and then replacing the metal screws with plastic ones just to be safe. Everything would then be non-metal. Do any of ya'll have this puncher? I saw it won an NRA award and it piqued my curiosity.

| I used to buy the Choate letter openers by the box because they were cheap. I carried one in many non-permissive venues and found that some venues had a pat down so the fact I had a cheap non metallic I could ditch in a trash can and only be out $4-6 was a bonus because occasionally I did have to ditch them. |
