| I tried to order a knife directly from them yesterday, along with a couple other things. Long story short my payment wouldn't go through. They say the billing address I put in didn't match the one on my card. I know it does, because I use that card all the time. Called the bank regardless, and confirmed. Anyone else have an issue with this? I've looked for a local dealer and can't find one, Blade HQ was really my only other option, however I won't be able to buy one until the pending charges fall off my account (I clicked submit a couple times before I realized there was an issue, so technically I have 2 orders pending with them) Would it be best just to use paypal and try again? Thanks for the help in advance! |

I would call during business hours and clear things up both with the establishment and your bank.
