I'm needing a recommendation for a belt-style knife sharpener along with a good instructional video. I'm looking to spend less than $500 for the setup. Is Kalamazoo any good btw? Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Another vote for the work sharp Ken Onion edition. You also can get the blade grinder attachment to sharpen freehand.
