Three weeks ago, I sent one of our kitchen knives back to Benchmade for resharpening. I enclosed a $5.00 check to cover their costs.
Yesterday, I emailed Benchmade CS to check on the status of this knife (my wife's favorite). Whitney Fisher at Benchmade replied to me in about four hours and apologized for the delay. This email was followed shortly by another which included a Fedex tracking number - knife is on the way back. IMO, it's this level of customer service that makes a company top notch. Just wanted to share with you gentlemen. |
