The mailman dropped off my first ZT knife yesterday. A 0770 has been the first production ZT to catch my eye but this one and her carbon fiber sister look sleek and sexy as opposed to a folding Santoku knife.
The Aluminum frame is light with contouring to provide grip. The shape is damn near perfect and it carries amazingly well. The Elmax blade came very sharp and I'm waiting to regrind it to see how the factory grind holds. I've been having fun carrying it so I haven't even stropped it on diamonds yet. 
I'll probably buy the CF one too |

Nice. I'm bouncing the 940-1 and the 0770CF around in the old noodle . I have a 943 and love it as well as the 0770 which I love. |
