What are some basic, easy to use knife sharpeners you guys recommend?

I have a ESEE 5, Kershaw Blur, and Buck Vantage.  I don't know enough about them to know what blade material, but hopefully that won't matter.

Thanks in advance.

This is what I use.  Feels like cheating.  I can take all of our kitchen and steak knives, and sharpen them all to popping hairs in about 30 minutes.

Watch the videos on youtube for the Spyderco Sharpmaker and see if it's something you think might work for you.

Have you tried stones?  Some people get frustrated with them, and give up before figuring out the technique.  Once I learned to use a stone I haven't used anything else.  I start with a course wet stone and finish with an oil stone.

Lansky is pretty cheap and fairly idiot proof.

By hand with Japanese wet stones is the best way but there's a huge learning curve involved.

Thanks so much for the suggestions guys.  I'll do some research into them and see what I think would work the best.  I appreciate the feedback.
