This is the Wilderness.
A friend of mine was diagnosed with brain cancer about a month ago. I have been working on this thing for a benefit auction. I have finally finished it and boy has it been a booger. Blade: 1/4" thick Cru Forge V. 7" chisel ground blade. 12" overall. Rough finish left on the flats cold blued then steel wooled off. Satin belt finish on the grinds. Cocobolo Handles. Sheath: Kydex with a leather wrap. Rough distressed stamping on leather. Rattlesnake hide in-layed in the leather and coated with epoxy. Leather cemented around kydex and rivewted with coper rivets. Belt loop is a combination of leather with kydex to add strength and rigidity. The sheath could have a better fit and finish but I am really not a leather guy. Anyway here it is. This is what has slowed down my orders recently but I am glad that I could do this for my friend. Thanks for looking.
