Do any of you use a neck knife if so what are your recommendation?
Are they practical  and or useful in an everyday situation?

Any suggestion would be great.

Thanks

I have an ESEE Izula II and it goes everywhere with me. I stopped carrying a pocket knife altogether.

Cold Steel has "the Spike" series of neck knives for under $30 each. I bought the scimitar style for S&G's. It needed sharpening, but it does penetrate through things very easily. I call it Mr Pokie.

Yes. Anything that is small, secure and can be used to cut things in edc situations where you need a knife.

I use a Becker bk14 and it works great.  Amazon has them for around $34 and comes with a halfway decent sheath.  They give you some cord so I used that to run through the sheath and around my neck then used some green to wrap the handle.

I have a few, but have been carrying the Buck/Tops CSAR-T Liaison the most recently.
I carry it around my neck once in a while, or in my pocket, but mostly on my belt upside down.

For cheap you can try out the Ka-Bar Piggyback to see if you like neck knives.

I have an Emerson La Griffe that I use to go jogging. Not much of a stabbing instrument but holy shit is it good for cutting/slashing. Very small and light as well.

I also have a couple of Ka-Bar BK14's and a Scrap Yard Scrapivore. They are light and easily worn around your neck. They are also thin enough you can put it in a front or back pocket and not even notice they are there until you need it

The BK14 is a great knife for under 35 bucks! .
