just had a good experience with knifekits.com and wanted to share.
i placed an order last week for a bunch of stuff to put handles on a few knives i've made and some kydex for sheaths. after i placed the order i realized i forgot to add a few tools so i placed a second order. i was pissed not only because i was an idiot and forgot stuff, but also because i knew i'd have to pay a second shipping payment. well, a few days later my package came in with everything in one box. i was happy to see that all of my stuff had a arrived in one box. then today, i got a check in the mail from knifekits.com refunding the shipping costs. i will definitely be doing business with them again. |
