Managed to remove a small chunk of edge of my Benchmade Griptillian through user error.

Utilized their Lifesharp Service to send it back to Benchmade.

Had it back in about a week cleaned, oiled, sharpened with the notch gone and they included an extra pocket clip.

Did the same thing (small chunk) with my 710, sent it in, got it back within 10 days good as new.

I hope they will do the same with my Auto striker that my wife left on the back porch to rust while i was in Korea

Glad to hear it was that simple. I also have a griptilian that is my EDC, and it has seen better days. I need to send those off......
