| Read on hear about 2 months ago about benchmade's lifesharp program. Had one I had not carried for a while because it would not open and close well anymore. Sent it and $5 in on 12/14/09 came back today new blade and as good as new. THANKS BENCHMADE. |

It's a good service they offer. I've only done it once and was a little disappointed at how much blade material they removed in order to resharpen it. Too many times of this and the blade will be considerably shorter. I think if it got too bad, they'd replace the blade for you. |

They sharpened a lot of metal off of my first knife but I broke the tip off, approx. 1mm. I sent mine in my original box. The sent it back in a genric box. I was disappointed at that.
