Someone told me that Camillus was bought out
a while back. By a foreign company. Then closed up! I was just on a page: Camillus Says Camillus will be at the Shot show 2010 What do you know about any of this! Thanks! PITA45

Camillus had a crippling UAW strike, settled that, then promptly went under in early 2007.
The name and intel. prop. was bought and the foreign made knives (which were part of the UAW kerfuffle) are coming back into the US. Expect to see more designs in 2010. ETA: Here is the thread from earlier this year. Camillus CUDA - New Production (UPDATE #2 - Comparison Pics) |
