That's an Ontario made Rat knife.  Rat pulled their designs and set up shop on their own a while back and they're producing some AWESOME knives.  They don't have one that large, yet.  Their biggest is the RC-6, but rumor is that there is an RC-10 under development.

I've got an Ontario made Rat-3, and it's a good knife, but it took a LOT of work to get it there.  I spent over an hour with a file slowly working the blade, and another hour or so finishing up with a diamond stone and ceramic rods.  Maybe I had bad luck, but Rat pulled out for a reason.

I've also got 2 Rat knives, and they showed up ready for work right away, sharp and with great fit and finish.

A buddy of mine has one of the largest RAT knifes and I was under impressed with it.  I know it will take a lot of work to get it p to par with a Scrap Yard knife.

I have 14 Rat Cutlery "specific knifes" and 1 Ontario made "RTAK-II" All have been sharp, all that I have used have been great. I typically carry the a green RC5 in the high Uintas. I always keep an Izula around my neck. The RTAKII has its fair share of batoning. The RC6 shows a little wear. I wish they had a way to mount it easily to a belt. Hopefully the new clip they made for the RC5 kydex will be released individually soon and Ill pick one up. The mil3 has gone out a few times with me as well as the orange 4. The others have just sat in the safe. Add an orange 4, another pink Izula, and you have the finished collection. This was taken upon returning home from overseas when most of them were in boxes waiting for me. Most still look this good as mentioned above, but the ones that have been beat on are still doing great. I recommend Rats to anyone. I also have 3 more of the firekits. They work WAY better than any others including the light my fires but they take a sharp edge to make them flow lava.
