OK I broke the tip off of my Kershaw Scallion the other day and now I am looking for a new pocket knife.  being I use my knife everyday i reshapped the tip for now but the safty no longer engages so it will release if it is hit wrong in my pocket and hey its a good excuse to buy a new one.

So what do you reccomend for another good carry knife.  I use it for everything form cleaning under my nails to cutting wire at work.  I would like to stay under $200 I have had a couple of benchmades that I really liked in the past and I have been giving them a good hard look.  I would also like to stay around the same size as the kershaw but a little bit bigger would be ok but not to much larger.  Anyways thanks for the input.

Or the Blackout. Pretty much the same knife. I broke the tip on my Blackout not too long ago. Still haven't got around to replacing it. One of my favorite knifes (outside of the lack of tip up carry).

How bout an S30V/G10 Kershaw Leek?

They're nice, inexpensive, and have a lifetime warranty.

I'd go with one of those or an Emerson CQC-7B.

I'm sure you know Kershaw will replace the blade for free if you contact them about it. I carry a pair of Spyderco Endura's however the last time I used one to pry with it had to go back for a new blade. I'm actually looking at either the Graham Razel or the copy of being the CRKT Razel. That looks like a great cutting or pry tool.
