Looking to purchase a fixed blade knife and came across a RAT knife but the problem is that there are two different companys. Ontario with their RAT-3 and then there is RAT Cutlery with is RC-3. Are they the same? Bri |
From what I understand, RAT cutlery is the company you what. There is a lawsuit between Rat cutlery and Ontario. The knife design was developed by Randall Adventure Training (RAT), and originally made by Ontario, but there was a disagreement and now RAT cutlery is making the knives, but so is Ontario.  That's all I know and I'm stiken to it.
