Can anyone name a good boot knife? I would like to stay with USA made.

Bark River Knife and Tool makes a few. They are somewhat traditional in looks but you would be hard pressed to find a better quality knife in that price range.

Gerber still makes the small Guardian, there are a bunch of them on Ebay usually.

crkt and agrussel makes the Sting, wich is a pretty nice blade for a good price. Comes with a nice sheath too.

Kabar TDI Ankle knife.
I have the Sting. The sheath is nice. The knife itself is a heavy pig.
I started carrying a neck knife over a boot knife. No more "deadman's draw". Just "yank and shank".

you may think im kidding but it works. I love this knife in my boot. folded of course.
