I have two, both of them have Paul Bos heat-treated blades of ATS-34 steel, which is considered a high end stainless. Ease of sharpening and edge retention is good. They both lock up tight. They're a bit heavy and bulky for me to carry every day but they seem to be rugged enough for heavy duty field use. Sorry I can't give you more info but I've only used one for light cutting and chopping. |
