Ladies and Gentlemen:

I need a trustworthy expert who can drill holes in a G-10 handle and change the position of the clip. I talked to Spyderco & Benchmade, they are not willing to help out.
Is there anybody you are confident to recommend?

Any decent Machine Shop in your area can drill a hole (or three) and tap then. I've had this done locally several times for $10 to $25 depending on how much of a hurry I was in.
