The time has finally come for me to start looking for some scope rings for my M99 Barrett.  This is one of the early models, with no MOA built into the rail, so I've been looking at the Barrell EX Rings (15/40MOA).  My dad has a Steyr HS-50 and had some problems with one set of rings keeping the scope in place, and switched to the Nightforce unimount, and hasn't had issues since.

I'd like to make the right decision right out of the gate, so I'm looking to the collective knowledge here for recommendations.  Thanks!

I've used this on my Ferret .50 for 5 years or so. Works great. Backed by a good company, and a great guarantee.

Ive used the armalite one piece mounts with success. They are cheap and with the larger knobs I use it as a QD mount. It has always gone back to at least moa every time I've used it in the past 8 years. I would be hard pressed to spend more money on something else.

I've been using these rings for over 10 years on my 50 with no problems. You can get different offset inserts for them.

i use versa pods scope rings. they are machine from solid steel and carry a lifetime warranty. i have used these rings for awhile now and i gotta say they are way better than barrett rings and some of the best i've had. try them out. If ya do decide on these call Ed@ versa pod. he is their military sales consultant. tell him Tim Bowen told ya about them.
